Title : CFO

Location : Oakland Park / Fort Lauderdale (100% in-office)

Salary Range : $175-200k + bonus

Responsibilities of the Chief Financial Officer

  • Lead and mentor a team of five accounting professionals, fostering growth and development
  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including AIA billing, accounts payable, lien releases, and more
  • Manage and optimize the Master Project Schedule to ensure alignment with financial goals

Qualifications of the Chief Financial Officer

  • 10+ years of experience construction industry - deep understanding of its financial nuances is essential
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a CFO role, with a strong track record of leadership and results
  • Experience with Sage 300 is a plus
