Available Shifts : 12 E

Pay Rate : $1836.14 - $2023.50

Lacey Off Campus ED – Busy with EMS traffic

ED Beds : 10, 4 hallway spaces.

Location : 4312 Pacific Ave South East Lacey, WA 98503

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ER

Experience : 2 years

Licenses : RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed); ACLS(Copy needed); NRP(Copy needed); CERT-TNCC(Copy needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed); PALS(Copy needed)

Weekends : rotation

SSN Required

DOB Required

References : 1 Reference in the last 12 months

reference within 12 mos

IV Skills

copies of all certs are required to apply to Multicare but proof of class registration is also acceptable

time off must be requested prior to submission, client will not accept files with TBD or TBA

ability to pass telemetry exam
