Javahut in Guilford is a coffee bar and creperie that serves breakfast and lunch. Javahut is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, customer service driven assistant manager. The assistant manager will assist the store manager in running an efficient and profitable operation of javahut. The assistant manager will be responsible for ensuring that the store meets company standards in customer service, sales, staffing, training, product quality and daily operations. This position enforces all procedures in the absence of the store manager. The assistant manager will be expected to have significant product knowledge, be versatile in both front and back of house, as well as to carry out our mission statement : “to share our passion for coffee, great food, exceptional service with every single guest.”

Service :

• Consistently carries out company mission statement of exceptional service.
• Pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations.
• Ensures that all team members provide customers with efficient and friendly, superior service on a consistent basis.
• Consistently monitors, coaches and encourages team members to meet the company’s service standards.
• Maintains high cleanliness standards consistently throughout all areas of store.
• Responds proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situations.
