Business Manager for IDIQ

A company is looking for an IDIQ Business Manager to drive growth within their existing GWAC / IDIQ portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to increase market share across the IDIQ portfolio and support customer engagements

Build and maintain opportunity pipelines and support opportunity qualification and capture planning

Serve as the primary point of contact for client IDIQ PMOs and ensure compliance with contract requirements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in business development, sales, capture, or project management within the Federal space

Program or project management experience with GSA, DoD, IC, or other Federal agencies

Familiarity with IDIQs such as GSA Schedules and GWACs like Alliant or CIO-SP

Experience supporting Federal government proposals and understanding the Shipley process

US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain security clearance
