POSITION SNAPSHOT : Assists Bartenders, Wait Staff and Guests by providing outstanding service. Runs food & drinks to tables, games, and guests throughout D&B. Keep service area clean and provide necessary support to ensure fast, friendly, and accommodating service.

NITTY GRITTY DETAILS :

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.

Adhere to state liquor laws and Alcohol Awareness guidelines.

Performs opening / closing responsibilities, including party breakdown / duties.

Restocks and prepares supplies for shift change and or close.

Ensures drinks are properly garnished prior to running out to guests.

Offers assistance to Guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages.

Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate.

Restaurant and / or bar experience preferred, but not required.

Must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other Team Members.
