Technician Responsibilities :

Installation & Maintenance : Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring they meet manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

HVAC Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ventilation systems. Ability to install, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.

Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus) :

HVAC Certification or Associates Degree from a technical school
