What Our L.P.Ns Do :

Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants

Ensure all medications and treatments have been signed off before end of shift

Perform routine rounds to ensure resident care meets expectations

Ensure nurse reflect individual care plan expectations

Qualifications :

Must have active L.P.N license

Must have current CPR license

Previous long-term care preferred, but not mandatory.
