Job Title : Integrated Master Scheduler

Location : Arnold AFB, TN - Tullahoma, TN (on-site)

This position is to provide assistance and advisory services to the DoD at Arnold AFB. Duties may include, but are not limited to :

Duties :

• Provide scheduling support for Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) adhering to industry best practices.
• Analyze results and perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) for subcontractor and internal IMS's.
• Working with and advise DOD PM to analyze EVM in relation to schedule.
• Analyze cost / schedule health metrics and based on reports out of Peoplesoft and other various cost and schedule tracking software.
• Performing cost / schedule analysis to better inform the customer of on-going programmatic risks and schedule trends within the organization.
• Critically analyze cost and schedule models to build informative summary views for all levels of DOD leadership and management.
• Manage on-going cost and schedule efforts of various sub-contracts and inter-organizational staff (DOD, TOS, and A&AS) staff to improve inter-organizational communication and contract execution
• Existing proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly familiarize and learn cost and schedule specific software tools such as Primavera, MS Project, Peoplesoft Financial, Acumen Fuse, Milestones Pro and similar software.
