Sr. Product Owner, Salesforce - Irvine, CA or Irving, TX

Job Description

One of Insight Globals clients is looking to onboard a Sr. Product Owner, Salesforce to their team. They will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions, playing a crucial part in defining and driving the Salesforce product roadmap. This individual must have strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of the product development lifecycle to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Health Cloud as they will define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for those implementations. This is a permanent opportunity and will be required to sit onsite 5 days a week in Irvine, CA or Irving, TX.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 8+ years of technical experience with 3+ years of experience as Technical Product Owner in Agile Development
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Contact Center implementation experience
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Experience within a healthcare environment
• Solid understanding of system documentation, including APIs, Pub / Sub architectures, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Significant experience leading and managing large projects with budgets of $1M or more.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Certified Product Owner, Scale Agile Framework, or similar Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Solid technical background to understand Salesforce modules, architecture, cloud concepts.
