• Required For Presentation : active state license in hand, active LA DEA in hand, active LA CS in hand, and active board certification in hand
• Facility Volume : About 27,400 annual volume. Averaging about 75 patients / dayMD / DO Certification Requirements : BC EM only Merit Badge : ATLS and ACLS is not required for EM boarded Shift Preference : Days, Mids, & NightsExperience : EM residency trained only (BC accepted)Facility Specific Notes : EMR is EPIC. Most all subspecialties are on site except for neuro surgery and hand surgery. Expedited credentialing (30+ days) is doable. Coverage & Shift Times : Physician : Mon-Tues : 7a-5p, 9a-7p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a. Wed- Fri : 7a-4p, 9a-6p, 3p-12a, & 7p-7a. Sat-Sun : 7a-5p, 12p-10p, & 7p-7a. NPPA : Mon-Fri : 12p-9p. Sat-Sun : 11a-8p
