Job Description

As a Nurse Assistant at Lurie Childrens, you will be at the heart of our pediatric care team, making a difference each day by supporting other nursing staff in compassionate and top-quality patient care.

Nurse Assistants

• Help warmly welcome families to the ambulatory clinic area.
• Assist with taking and documenting vital signs, documentation of medical information, point of care testing, medical procedures, and intra hospital transport. Ensure that patients and their families are safe and comfortable.
• Assist nursing staff in ensuring all medical equipment is stocked and in clean, working condition. Ensure proper disposal of medical waste, keep rooms neat and tidy, and perform patient rounds in a timely manner.

Pay Range

$18.50-$27.75 Hourly

The pay range indicates minimum and maximum targets.
