Key Responsibilities :
Design, implement, and optimize the end-to-end sales engineering process, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Define, monitor, and continuously refine sales metrics and KPIssuch as lead-to-opportunity conversion, proposal win rate, deal cycle time, and customer acquisition cost.Act as a strategic advisor and technical expert during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Develop scalable tools, templates, and playbooks to enhance sales performance and consistency.Analyze historical data to identify sales trends and areas for improvement.Mentor and support junior sales engineers and sales associates.Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.Gather market feedback and relay it to the product and engineering teams to inform future development.Contribute to strategic planning, including territory development, market expansion, and competitive positioning.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or technical master’s preferred).5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or solutions engineering role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and technical solution selling.Proven experience indefining and improving performance metrics and sales processesExceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics platforms.Comfortable working across functions and influencing without authority.Preferred Skills :Background in SaaS, PropTech, or compliance-focused solutions.Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical features to business value.Experience scaling a sales engineering function in a high-growth environment.Benefits
