Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and optimize the end-to-end sales engineering process, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Define, monitor, and continuously refine sales metrics and KPIs
  • such as lead-to-opportunity conversion, proposal win rate, deal cycle time, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and technical expert during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop scalable tools, templates, and playbooks to enhance sales performance and consistency.
  • Analyze historical data to identify sales trends and areas for improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior sales engineers and sales associates.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Gather market feedback and relay it to the product and engineering teams to inform future development.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, including territory development, market expansion, and competitive positioning.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or technical master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or solutions engineering role
  • , with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and technical solution selling.
  • Proven experience in
  • defining and improving performance metrics and sales processes
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics platforms.

  • Background in SaaS, PropTech, or compliance-focused solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link technical features to business value.
