Description : Job Summary :

The LSM Placement Coordinator assists with research and locates potential placement sites for the individual to visit, helps the individual get to know the area prior to moving in, assists with moving, is present on the day of move-in, and continues to provide communication and visits until the Person Served is settled and comfortable. Having that familiar face working with you throughout makes it easier for all parties!

Compensation :

This position is currently being hired at the rate of $21.00 dollars per hour. This position is part-time with a maximum of 30 hours per week, with an expectation to work 25-29 hours per week. In addition to the hourly compensation, mileage is reimbursed at $0.62 / mile for approved mileage. Time will be primarily spent completing tasks that are directly related to the people receiving services with a minimum of eighty percent of clocked hours being unit billable hours.
