New Gastro locum need for Petoskey, MI-$400 Hr-Outpatient-MI license or IMLC-ASAP start McLaren Northern is looking for a GI provider ASAP. Open dates listed below : Schedule is Monday- Friday 7a-4 : 30p OPEN DATES Filled By Start Date Shift Start Time - Shift End Time End Date 10 / 20 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 10 / 24 / 2025 10 / 27 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 10 / 31 / 2025 11 / 24 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 11 / 28 / 2025 12 / 1 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 12 / 4 / 2025 12 / 22 / 2025 7am - 4 : 30pm Daily 12 / 26 / 2025 ERCP is REQUIRED Clinic setting : Hospital 18 outpatients / 20 inpatient scopes per day Endoscopy coverage as well as any consults within the time of 7am 4 : 30pm Support staff : 2 physicians, 2 APPs, all services onsite at hospital Onsite lab Onsite XRay EMR : Cerner Rates to submit : Hourly rate - $400 Hr. Orientation rate - 1 / 2 the hourly rate for training / orientation / online modules Holidays - 1.5x Expenses covered by client will not exceed the limitations listed in the Travel & Expense policy between McLaren Health Care & AHSA. Reverse Invoicing - Provider will use DocTime to clock in / out. No paper timesheets will be used.
