ADO Solutions Expert

A company is looking for an ADO Solutions Expert to optimize their Azure DevOps environment and align project lifecycle governance with engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments of current project and engineering documentation to identify gaps and inefficiencies

Design and implement a unified framework for agile practices and SDLC governance within Azure DevOps

Define KPIs and develop training plans for agile practices and role clarity

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an ADO Solutions Expert with extensive Azure DevOps configuration knowledge

Deep understanding of project lifecycle design, SDLC alignment, and agile frameworks

Experience with workflow integration across project management, engineering, and support teams

Strong background in performance metrics, KPI development, and reporting dashboards

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as Azure Boards
