Project Operations Coordinator

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator / Specialist-II.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate approximately 80 delivery drivers across 6 cities for large-scale in-store test transactions

Manage operational planning and execution, including assigning store visits and tracking progress

Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data management

Exceptional organizational and project management skills for high-volume workflows

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Prior experience in operations, logistics, or field coordination is strongly preferred

Comfortable managing and motivating a large, distributed workforce
