Compensation : $24 + sales bonuses.

Who we’re looking for

This isn’t a “babysit the register” kind of job. This is a leadership role on the sales floor. We’re looking for someone who can transform the energy of a busy day into a smooth, fun, customer-first experience.

You’ll be solo in the store so you will be the person the customers look to for your expertise. You will also curate the vibe of the retail floor. You are the one who knows the gear inside out, leads the sales conversation, and keeps the store humming. You’ll run the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing, receiving inventory and conducting stock checks—all while maintaining a light, professional, and inspiring atmosphere. You have the Craniologie team behind you, so while you may be in the shop by yourself, a teammate is always one call away to ask for help when needed.

You’ll own

• Leading the floor and setting the tone for sales and guest interactions
• Turning daily sales intelligence into action and report opportunities
• Keeping helmets and goggles stocked, clean, and display-ready
• Handling the nuts and bolts : opening / closing, nightly email and reporting
• Managing downtime tasks so the shop stays sharp and welcoming
• Communicating store needs to Store Manager & Warehouse team
