About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP - National Head of Construction to lead the strategic and operational aspects of a large volume of pre-construction and construction activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic partnerships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers, as well as the full life cycle of construction activities from pre-construction to site commissioning. This role requires close collaboration with various internal teams to ensure cohesive project delivery, as well as a strong focus on budget and schedule management. The VP will also be instrumental in driving the evolution of construction activities to achieve schedule acceleration and cost reduction initiatives.

Applicants for the VP - National Head of Construction position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in leading construction organizations, with a specific focus on civil and energy projects. A degree in civil, construction, or related fields is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of national construction leadership, extensive experience in team management, and a deep understanding of site and civil construction. Advanced knowledge of utility energization and experience in negotiating complex contract structures are also essential. The role demands a leader who can define and optimize construction options to deliver functional solutions for fleet EV charging centers, and who is adept at developing strategic partnerships that benefit the organization.
