Full Stack Software Engineer

About this full-time role

Our client's platform is similar to a marketplace, as they serve both candidates through the interview experience and employers through the data aggregation and analysis platform. As a hands-on engineer, you will build both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade software with a clear opportunity for growth.

Problems that you could work on related to consumer software are :

• How can we bring the average interviewer response latency down to 200ms?
• How can we scale our infrastructure to support 1000 simultaneous interviews, while remaining compliant in different geographies?
• How do we design a vector database to handle complex queries for candidates with specific traits?

Problems that you could work on related to enterprise software are :

3 - 7 years of experience

of full stack engineering experience (senior+ level)
