We are currently seeking a motivated

• Dental Assistant
• to join a Endodontic Dentist Office in Oakland Gardens. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and develop specialized skills in endodontics.
• Experience :
• Minimum 6 months experience, willing to train.
• Work Schedule :
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday :
• 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
• Wednesday :
• 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
• Friday :
• Off
• Saturdays :
• 8 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM (alternating weekends off)
• Key Responsibilities :
• Assist the endodontist during root canal and other endodontic procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following strict infection control protocols
• Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
• Manage patient records, including documenting procedures and updating charts
• Educate and reassure patients about procedures and post-treatment care
• Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure treatment areas are well-stocked
• Perform general office duties, such as scheduling appointments and answering patient inquiries, as needed
• Qualifications :
• Minimal or no prior endodontic experience; willingness to learn and grow in the specialty is essential
• Basic knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with dental software a plus

General Dentistry office seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to support our general dental team. Assist general dentists during a wide range of dental procedures, ensure smooth office operations, and provide excellent patient support.

• Assist dentists with exams, cleanings, fillings, and other general procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take dental X-rays and update patient records
• Manage supplies and help with front office duties as needed
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Qualifications :
• Certified Dental Assistant preferred but not required
• Experience in general dental assisting a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
