A company is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) / SVP, Growth / Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Own and scale paid acquisition, managing a monthly spend of $150K+
Drive full-funnel performance across landing pages, intake, and call center conversion
Build and optimize growth systems, including testing frameworks and CRM / MarTech
Qualifications
8+ years in DTC / performance marketing with proven revenue impact
Hands-on paid media experience in building and managing campaigns directly
Experience in high-volume, complex funnel environments with strong testing and optimization rigor
Familiarity with multi-channel acquisition and CRM / MarTech systems
Proven leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams
