We are seeking motivated and experienced Independent Strength and Conditioning Coaches, Sports Scientists, Personal Trainers, Physical Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Chiropractors to join our dynamic health and longevity team at RETO Health

Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized exercise / rehab programs tailored to individual client needs and goals
• Conduct assessments of clients' physical health, body mechanics, and movement patterns using sports science principles
• Provide expert guidance on proper exercise techniques to optimize performance and prevent injuries
• Deliver group classes or educational sessions on health education topics as needed
• Educate clients on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle modifications to support their training objectives
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and adjust programs accordingly for continuous improvement
• Promote a positive environment that encourages motivation, safety, and engagement during training sessions
• Stay current with the latest developments in sports science, physiology, and fitness industry trends
