Account Executive

A company is looking for an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities

Develops and maintains relationships with clients, brokers, and external partners

Coordinates renewals and new group onboarding, ensuring a successful client experience

Delivers presentations and reports to clients regarding performance and product options

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience

3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or related industry

Strong knowledge of EAP and counseling services for employer groups

In-depth knowledge of health insurance and EAP products, including relevant laws and regulations

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
