Job Description & Requirements Specialty : ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Radius Rule : Contractors must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility exp 8 / 8 CCU / ICU RN Start Date : asap Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36 hrs Trauma Level 4

• Shift Requirements : Variables day and nights
• Float Requirements : Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed . Float-Rhinelander, Eager River and Tomahawk. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed
• On Call / Call Back Requirements : None
• Weekend / Holiday Requirements : Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Required Certifications : WI RN License, BLS, ACLS- NIHSS Preferred
• Minimum Experience : 2 years, one travel assignment preferred (not required) Unit : 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC : MS unit 34 beds Ratio 1 : 2 in ICU; 1 : 3-1 : 4 for IMC and MS 1 : 5-1 : 6
• Charting Experience : EPIC preferred.
