Responsibilities
- Understand client business objectives and industry dynamics to serve as a trusted strategic partner.
- Translate business challenges into innovative campaign solutions across brand strategy, audience insights, paid media, digital experiences, and performance measurement.
- Lead integrated campaign efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure work is on brand, strategically sound, and flawlessly executed.
- Proactively identify and manage scope, guide the team through out-of-scope requests, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Grow client revenue and manage overall account profitability, driving year-over-year growth.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Serve as the steward of fiscal health for your accounts, balancing profitability with client value.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns, including brand positioning, campaign platforms, demand generation, and content strategy.Paid media knowledge and B2B marketing experience.Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior-level clients.Strategic thinking combined with operational execution.Hands-on approach, proactive problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.Relationship building and client partnership skills.Location & Compensation
Burlington, MA | Salary $162,900 - $247,600
Hybrid work in Boston.
Standard base pay range $107,000 - $140,000 annually (Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City).
