Position Overview :

Our community is seeking an Operations Specialist with a strong sales and business development focus to lead the community during leadership vacancies or critical business needs. This role is responsible for operational excellence, resident satisfaction, occupancy, and financial performance, while actively driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities may vary depending on the community’s specific needs and time frame of assignment.
