Location :  Maryland / Delaware - This is a field technician role within these areas : Millsboro, Long Neck, Seaford, Laurel, Bethany Beach Fenwick Island, Rehoboth Beach, Dover, or based on business needs.

Job Summary :  We are seeking a skilled HVAC / Refrigeration Technician to join our team in Maryland / Delaware. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent system failures and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members and contractors to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide high-quality service.
