A company is looking for a VP / Head of Commercial Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the commercial operations strategy in alignment with business objectives
Provide operational oversight and leadership to Sales and Client Services teams, monitoring KPIs
Ensure cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Client Services, and Marketing to drive business growth
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Commercial Operations with a focus on operational roles
Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
Deep expertise in sales operations and client services delivery
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
