Job description

Our growing PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY practice in El Dorado Hills, CA is looking for a dynamic FULL TIME DENTAL ASSISTANT to join our amazing team! If you have a passion for helping kids shine their brightest and you want to be a part of a supportive, fun team, MAGIC SMILES is the place for you!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • CORONAL POLISH CERTIFICATION
  • X-RAY CERTIFICATION

BONUS CERTIFICATIONS

  • SEALANTS

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of experience as a dental assistant
  • A great candidate will possess these qualities : dependability, efficiency, takes initiative, energetic, ability to multitask and provides excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable with dental practice software (Open Dental is preferred)
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn and love of working with kids
  • Great communication skills & a team player

    • RESPOSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

  • Taking x-rays
  • Polishing teeth
  • Sterilization of instruments
  • Tray setup
  • Chairside assisting
  • Treatment preparation
  • Providing a fun and welcoming environment

    • SCHEDULE

  • MONDAY - THURSDAY 30+ HOURS PER WEEK
  • Pay range of $20 - $24 per hour (Compensation based on experience)
