Psychiatric - Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team and provide on-site psychiatric care within long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. In this role, you will round regularly at assigned facilities, conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage ongoing mental health conditions, and prescribe medications as clinically indicated.
