Customer Service Representative

We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, professional, and growth-focused environment and were looking for a Customer Service Representative who shares that same drive.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the friendly and reliable point of contact for our clients. Youll assist with policy questions, billing, and claims, while supporting our agents to deliver the outstanding service our agency is known for.

• Deliver top-tier customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Handle policy updates, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Assist agents with administrative tasks and client follow-up
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Represent our agency with professionalism and care

Coachable and eager to learn well train the right person

Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented

Strong communication and organization skills

Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred)

Comfortable learning new systems and processes

Previous customer service or insurance experience a plus (but not required)
