• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirements
• Must have 2 years medical surgical experience required
• Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Care for patients with total joint replacements (hip, knee, shoulder, ankles), ortho-spine surgeries, elective cervical / lumbar / thoracic surgeries, fractures, traumas, and medical overflow patients
• Maintain 1 : 5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio
• May be required to float to other units based on organizational needs and competency level
• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Eve Day = 1 holiday)
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period
• Schedule may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts based on department needs
