Allied Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Diagnostic Imaging - Radiologic Technologist

Job Details :

  • Provide healthcare services including X-Rays to assist in diagnosis and treatment
  • Perform radiographic exams as requested by all healthcare providers
  • Perform fluoroscopic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures alongside radiology provider
  • Perform US guided paracentesis, thoracentesis, and arthrocentesis alongside radiology providers
  • Assist radiology nursing with fluoroscopically guided PICC placements
  • Perform c-arm fluoroscopy exams in the OR as requested by surgeons
  • Complete documentation required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams
  • Work varied shifts as scheduled and / or needed with potential for extended hours beyond 40-hour workweek
  • On-call availability required to respond to organizational and patient needs promptly
  • Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered
  • Graduate of CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent required
  • Montana Licensure (Radiology Technologist) and ARRT (R) certification required
  • American Heart Association BLS within three months of hire
  • One year of previous radiology experience required, may include clinical internship experience
  • Must demonstrate competency in advanced imaging techniques including fluoroscopic / C-Arm in the OR, Trauma and portable radiography within 6 months
  • Physical ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds required
  • Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, medications, and infectious diseases
  • Facility reserves the right to cancel three shifts per 13-week contract in the event of low census or other unforeseen circumstances
