Claims Coordinator / Claims Analyst (P&C) The Claims Coordinator / Claims Analyst will play a key role in analyzing current workflows, identifying optimization opportunities, and coordinating initiatives across multiple claims teams. This role will support enhancements to tools, systems, and reporting capabilities while helping streamline processes to better support the evolving needs of Property Claims. Ideal candidates will be proactive problem solvers who thrive in collaborative environments and understand the unique demands of claims operations. Responsibilities : Analyze current claims processes, workflows, and reporting structures to identify improvement opportunities Strategize and recommend enhancements to tools, systems, and capabilities supporting claims operations Coordinate cross-functional efforts and serve as a liaison between multiple internal teams Support the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and process documentation Promote data-driven decision-making by validating insights and identifying efficiency gaps Contribute to process optimization initiatives aligned with future goals Track project progress, communicate updates, and ensure alignment with business priorities Required Qualifications : Minimum of 4 years of claims experience (property claims preferred) Demonstrated ability to analyze, strategize, and coordinate across business teams Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly evolving operational environments Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Guidewire Claims Center Familiarity with Jira, Tableau, or other reporting / coordination tools
