Payment Card Operations Analyst

Job Title

This is a remote opportunity with the Treasury department managing a $2 billion card portfolio through Point of Service (POS) applications, devices, and merchant card services. The Treasury Payment Card Team plays a critical role in ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient payment acceptance across the enterprise.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Payment Card Analyst will work closely with the Treasury Payment Card Team, particularly supporting the two Senior Analysts, and will be responsible for :

• Processing new merchant account requests and provisioning POS devices.
• Maintaining device inventory, shipment coordination, and tracking across markets.
• Performing user access provisioning, quarterly audits, and compliance checks.
• Supporting system-wide PCI and internal control initiatives.
• Assisting in training, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Preparing materials and reports for compliance reviews, leadership updates, and business meetings.
• Providing project support during launches, transitions, and handoffs.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Preferred, Associates and 1-3 years Required.

Pay Range
