Senior Warehouse Management Systems Analyst

As our Senior WMS Analyst, you will be the expert leading the implementation and maintenance of our warehouse management systems. You'll analyze data, pinpoint operational inefficiencies, and develop effective solutions to enhance our systems. This role will provide you with the chance to work with advanced technology, contributing to the growth and success of DHL Supply Chain as we strive for excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize systems according to organizational needs.
• Analyze and interpret data to enhance system functionality and efficiency.
• Train team members on utilizing warehouse management systems effectively.
• Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and reports.
• Identify and mitigate potential issues and risks.
• Create and maintain insightful dashboards using Advanced SQL.
