Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of PT sessions for midshipmen candidates
- Track and report on the progress of individual midshipmen candidates, providing targeted interventions for those needing additional support
- Maintain regular communication with the NPP Program Director and Military Resource Center staff about candidate progress and any necessary adjustments to training plans
- Ensure all activities are conducted within Navy safety and physical training guidelines.
Requirements
