Overview :
Covenant Security Solutions is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Consultant based in Orlando, FL , with a proven track record of exceeding annual revenue goals. This position is ideal for a high-performing professional who excels at new business development, relationship management, and closing deals in a competitive marketplace.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Covenant's Central Florida client portfolio.
Prospect, network, and meet in person to generate new business opportunities.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Partner closely with operations teams to ensure seamless contract implementation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding $1M-$2M+ in annual revenue.
Proven experience in contract security or related service industries strongly preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, organized, and self-disciplined.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally throughout the Orlando market.
