We are looking for talented and enthusiastic team members to join our team at the only upscale boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Sioux Falls! Come work for a company that values outgoing personalities.
As a Guest Service Associate, you'll help create the atmosphere the guests love.
No prior hotel experience is required, but customer service experience is preferred.
Hours will be from 3pm-11pm. Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities include the following :
- Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer a multi-line telephone system.
- Make reservations and fulfill guest requests in a timely manner.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel.
- Other duties as assigned.
