Collaborate with offshore developers to ensure smooth design‑to‑development handoff.

Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system that keeps our enterprise tools consistent and modern.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and be a valued voice in product development.

What You’ll Bring :

3–6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in enterprise software, admin portals, CRMs, or workflow tools.

Proven track record of analyzing business use cases and translating them into logical, scalable design solutions.

Advanced skills in Figma or Adobe XD (prototyping, responsive design, design systems).

Strong documentation skills for clear developer handoff (annotations, user flows, interaction logic).

Experience collaborating with remote or offshore development teams.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology.

Bonus : Understanding of front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) for design feasibility.
