Vascular OR RN – Day Shift (3x12s, 06 : 00– 19 : 30)\n\nDetails : \n\nSchedule : 3x12s (Mon–Fri), 36 hrs / week\n\nOn-call : 5–8 calls / month (includes weekends & holidays)\n\nExperience : 2+ years; must scrub & circulate complex vascular cases\n\nLicense : SC or Multi-state RN (active at start)\n\nCerts : BLS, ACLS (AHA)\n\nLocals : Accepted (within 60 miles; -$10 / hr rate)\n\nRTO : Must be submitted with profile; subject to dept. approval\n\nCall-off Policy : Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week pay period\n\nProcedures : TEVAR, FEVAR, AAA, EVAR, thrombectomy, amputation, carotid, AV fistula, etc.\n\nFacility : Level I Trauma, Teaching, Magnet; 820 beds; EPIC charting\n\nParking : $20 hang tag for garage at 91 Presidents St.\n\nNote : Hurricane season (June–Nov) may require emergency response duty.
