  • About the Role

    The Company is in search of a Vice President for Technical Consulting in Panel Extracts. The successful candidate will be a strategic and technically proficient leader, responsible for overseeing the delivery of consumer panel data extracts, both disaggregated and aggregated. This role involves guiding ingestion best practices for clients, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and usability of the data, and maintaining a high level of servicing excellence across various market research and media use cases. The Vice President will also be tasked with defining workflows, setting performance expectations, and driving execution across the team, as well as interfacing with internal stakeholders, clients, and technology partners to deliver a top-tier market offering.

    Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with consumer panel data, 3 years leading technical delivery and customer success teams, and 5 years of management experience. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R is required, along with a deep understanding of purchase data metrics, schema optimization, and projection methodologies. The role demands a leader who can build and mentor a high-performing team, lead the design of scalable delivery mechanisms, and ensure client success through proactive engagement and issue resolution. The Vice President will not be directly involved in sales but will be accountable for the overall health of the data feed practice and client satisfaction.
