What Youll Be Doing

• Greeting every customer with a warm smile and a genuinely helpful attitude.
• Carefully examining clothing and household items to understand what care is needed.
• Using our state-of-the-art system to enter all the details about the item and the work that will be done - cleaning, pressing, alterations, storage, or preservation.
• Making each customer feel taken care of from the moment they walk in.
