The Care Partnerships Associate is a foundational position that will support the growth of Thriveworks as we continue to expand. This role provides essential support in achieving growth, partner satisfaction, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the management of assigned partnerships under limited supervision
• Manage relationships at multiple levels of assigned partners, including physicians, referral specialists, practice managers, and regional managers
• Help build relationships with Thriveworks partners to ensure satisfaction
• Contribute to delivering high-quality partner relationship experiences
• Learn to understand partner referral habits
• Assist in implementing strategic vision and growth plans for assigned partners
• Assist in executing engagement strategies, including prelaunch, launch, and ongoing communications
• Support day-to-day operational and tactical partnership activities
• Assist in monitoring program data and analyzing trends
• Help compile information into graphs and charts for monthly partner reports
• Maintain partner-specific status logs to track progress on initiatives
• Communicate program updates to appropriate stakeholders with limited supervision
• Follow up with partners to drive growth
• Help maintain internal partnership management tools, including Salesforce, Google Drive, Monday Boards, and others
• Engage in ongoing professional development focused on healthcare, partner service, and communication skills
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training opportunities
• Collaborate with multiple departments to support Thriveworks' mission
