Desktop Support IV

Our client, a government agency specializing in correctional services, is seeking a Desktop Support IV to join their team. As a Desktop Support IV, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting various correctional institutions and probation offices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : What's the Job?

• Maintain and repair desktops, laptops, and other PC devices across multiple correctional facilities and offices.
• Install new hardware and upgrade existing equipment to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Manage service tickets efficiently, including lifecycle management and inventory control.
• Properly dispose of outdated equipment following DOC policies and recycling procedures.
• Support and maintain internal computer systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
