Job Purpose :
The Production Loss Engineer is responsible for identifying and driving the reduction of dairy losses across the entire production process. They are responsible for site-level mass balance analysis to identify all sources of product loss and driving effective problem solving to identify process improvements to reduce or eliminate losses. The Production Loss Engineer is responsible for the data analysis and identification of key initiatives related to the plant-wide dairy losses and then collaborate with other departments to drive implementation.

Lifting / Carrying : Occasional lifting requirements as job demands. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on an occasional basis.
Ability to work in a fast-paced high demand production facilities and the ability to be able to perform those duties.

Base pay range : $100,000 - $120,000 USD
