Travel Nursing Job Details

Job Title : Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse (Tele RN)

Location : Weston, WV 26452 (West Virginia healthcare jobs)

Unit : Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Unit

Contract Type : Travel Nursing Assignment

Shift : Night Shift – 4x12 hour shifts per week

Guaranteed Hours : 48 hours per week

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,570 - $1,680 per week

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (6-month contract preferred)

Start Date : October 6, 2025

End Date : January 5, 2026

Weekend Requirement : Every third weekend (blocked scheduling available)

Open Positions : 4 Tele RN openings

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (West Virginia RN license preferred)

Minimum 1.5 years of recent experience in Telemetry or Medical-Surgical nursing

Ability to work night shifts and every third weekend

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Experience with stepdown-level patient care is a plus

Tele RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, EKGs, and vital signs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Educate and support patients and families, providing emotional care and health information

Adapt to caring for stepdown-level patients as needed
