Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve regional revenue goals
Manage an annual regional quota and ensure pipeline health and data accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align regional priorities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of progressive K-12 sales experience, including 3+ years in a management role
Proven track record of leading teams to exceed quota
Strong business acumen with experience in complex, strategic sales cycles
Exceptional forecasting and pipeline management skills
Salesforce experience preferred
