Job descriptionBasic reading, writing and math skills. Three-years’ experience driving a truck with double trailers, both full and empty. Possession of a valid California Class A driver’s license, with Double Endorsements, Tanker Endorsements, and a good driving record. Predictable, and Regular attendance is required. Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; Reach with hands and arms; Talk and listen; Stand, walk, and sit. Climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Reach with hands and arms Occasionally required to bend at the waist; Lift and / or move up to 100 pounds. Predictable and Regular attendance is required. Plant environment with loud noise, moving machinery, dusty, dirty. Outdoor weather conditions. Extreme temperatures. Wear mandatory and / or other appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
RESPONSIBILITIES
: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Drives trucks in a safe manner to specified locations to pick up aggregates and / or bulk powder materials and deliver them to the designated manufacturing operation.
- Unloads aggregates and / or bulk powder materials at the manufacturing operation in area specified by plant superintendent or designated supervisor.
- Uses company daily checklist.
- Uses E log on tablet and worksheets.
- Checks vehicles for safety problems and ensures that fuel and oil levels are sufficient.
- Maintains work area and equipment according to company specifications for cleanliness and safety.
- Works with the Raw Material scheduler.
- Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
- Predictable, and Regular attendance is required.

SALARY : HOURLY - $22.00 - $26.00
