True Focus Convention & Hospitality Security Hiring!

We are seeking individuals available to work from November 1, 2025, to November 15, 2025.

We are a customer service-based company that services Conventions, Tradeshows, and Special Events. The positions that we are hiring for are heavily centered on standing & dealing with the public.

Employment is contingency-based. Schedules are based on the conventions, trade shows, and special events that we service.

Open availability is required. You must be available at specific times and dates based on the schedule of events for the year.

We provide 24-hour security coverage there are multiple shifts built into each day. We are hiring for all shifts.

We are looking for candidates who can be available for the full schedule of events for each convention, trade show, or special event.

For our Security Positions, you must already be certified by the state or be willing to pay for the security license needed to work.

You will not be eligible to work if you are not security certified.

We pay via Direct Deposit. Pay is Bi-Weekly, but Per Convention, Trade Show, or Special Event work is paid.

This job is accessible by public transportation.
